For space-saving connection of 2" accessories to large NexStar telescopes - simply unscrew the chromed barrel and screw on the housing directly to the telescope. In this way you gain 20% more field of view and this allows, for example, the connection of bino-viewer tubes with the help of 2" star diagonals.
